I’m Back!

Yes I’m FINALLY back on track and back at buddyslim, this time for good!  I started weight watchers (actually going to every meeting this time!) on July 5th and have lost a little over 7lbs to date!  I’m super excited and extrememly motivate to keep doing well!  I got a balance ball with a dvd plus two other dvds I work out to almost everyday, plus I’m going to start walking the trail here every other day, it’s about 4 miles total!  Anyways, just thought I’d say hello!  Hope everyone is going well!

First Weigh In

Welp today is my weigh in day and I didn’t lose, but didn’t gain either, I’m EXACTLY the same, which is a little frusterating since I cut back my calories a TON, but I also haven’t been able to get out and walk much either since it rained like ALL last week!  Anyways, I know part of it is because my little monthly friend I’m always extremely bloated and what not…yes I know tmi, deal with it ;-p So hopefully this week things will settle down and I’ll get on track and actually lose.  I’m content though staying the same it’s better then a gain!  Hope everyone is having a great week!

Is it Friday yet?!

This week is going by so slow!  Maybe it’s just because I can’t wait until Friday, we’re going to the Brad Paisley concert and after seeing him this last summer I’m SUPER excited to do it again!  It’ll be nice to get out for once without dragging three kids with us! ;-p

Yesterday ended ok, I went over my 1200 cals a little and didn’t get much exercise in besides golfing and since we used a cart that really didn’t do a whole lot for me lol!  I need to find my stability ball, I “think” it may be in a box at my inlaws but I’ll have to check.

Today has gone fairly well thus far, it’s dreary and supposed to rain so walking doesn’t look good, BUT I did find my hip hop cardio workout so I’m planning on doing that this afternoon during nap!

My first post!

Today has gone well, thus far!? I’ve had breakfast AND lunch which is a whole new ballpark for me, I had gotten into the habbit of skipping so many meals and then I’d completely binge and be mad at myself for gaining, it was a horrible horrible cycle, but I’m putting an end to it, RIGHT NOW!?

I’m hoping to get some exercise in this afternoon, it’s nice, but not AS nice out as it has been and kind of windy so I’m not sure I’ll be able to take the babe out for a walk, but we shall see, I’ll figure something out!
