My first post!

Today has gone well, thus far!? I’ve had breakfast AND lunch which is a whole new ballpark for me, I had gotten into the habbit of skipping so many meals and then I’d completely binge and be mad at myself for gaining, it was a horrible horrible cycle, but I’m putting an end to it, RIGHT NOW!?

I’m hoping to get some exercise in this afternoon, it’s nice, but not AS nice out as it has been and kind of windy so I’m not sure I’ll be able to take the babe out for a walk, but we shall see, I’ll figure something out!

    I used to be the same way, it seems crazy that skipping meals would help us to put on fat, but it must be true.  Glad to hear that things are going well so far!

    Hi there!! I used to do the same thing. I always skipped breakfast and now that is the meal I look forward to the most. lol Best of Luck!!!

    YUP !! been down that road.! Then right before bed WHAM I eat like a bear!  Several small meals through the day keep you satisfied and stop that binge before bed. Don’t forget your protein !
