First Weigh In

Welp today is my weigh in day and I didn’t lose, but didn’t gain either, I’m EXACTLY the same, which is a little frusterating since I cut back my calories a TON, but I also haven’t been able to get out and walk much either since it rained like ALL last week!  Anyways, I know part of it is because my little monthly friend I’m always extremely bloated and what not…yes I know tmi, deal with it ;-p So hopefully this week things will settle down and I’ll get on track and actually lose.  I’m content though staying the same it’s better then a gain!  Hope everyone is having a great week!

    Maybe thats why.. if you cut back your calories a ton your body might have switched to survival mode.

    Hang in there!! One day (meal) at a time!! Focus on the positive~you didn’t gain!! I know it SUCKS sometimes but the rewards are so worth the struggle!!

    You are right it stink you didn’t lose, but it is great that you didn’t gain. Keep up the good work and hold you head high. We can do this together.

    hang in there… you might be really suprised on your next weigh in…. the monthly reminder (that your a woman - as if we need one) does crazy things to our bodies…we all know that…
